Roland BAIR can call on many years of experience not only regarding coaching young, but also world-class athletes. Having been a ski racer himself, he successfully completed the trainings for ski instructing and coaching after finishing his active racing career. Roland is particularly experienced in coaching ladies, which is of great importance for Gloria and Giorgia.

  • Fully certified ski instructor and ski guide

  • University degree in mental coaching

Hans-Peter Steiner

Ski-club coach for race technique

Hans-Peter STEINER is vice president of local ski club WSV Ramsau.

Until the season 2017/18, he coached the WSV Ramsau children’s team (U 12 to U 16).

From the 2018/19 season, he is responsible for the Ramsau junior team (young athletes eligible for FIS races).

HP himself was an alpine ski racer as a junior. After that he completed ski instructing and coaching trainings, but still remained involved in active ski racing.

  • 5 times Austrian Champion with the Demo-Team Ramsau, Demo Vice World Champion and Demo World Champion

  • World Cup winner, Vice World Champion, World Champion, and overall World Cup winner at Synchro-Skiing

  • European Champion and Vice World Champion at Powder skiing

Ski club: WSV Ramsau am Dachstein

                                               The local ski club WSV Ramsau is one of Styria’s largest winter sports club. In the recent years, the                                                 ski club achieved great results, in the area of alpine as well as Nordic skiing.

                                               Thanks to the professional trainings for its young athletes, the WSV Ramsau is currently Styria’s                                                       most successful ski club in alpine skiing.



Snowsports Association of Ireland  

                                                 The SAI was formed in 1971 to promote the development of the growing sport of skiing. More                                                       and more people get into skiing in Ireand, and the snowsport association aims to get ambitious                                                     Irish athletes to compete at international major events.
